Coast to Coast 슬기와 찾은 Durban 여행. 바다를 보는 즐거움보다 오랜만에 찾은 여행의 설렘 하나로 떠났다. 나이트 버스에서의 조금은 불편한 잠자리, 해가 뜨는 것을 보며 시작되는 여행지에서의 도착날, 도미토리 방에서 만난 새롭고 낯선 전세계 각국의 배낭여행객들과의 만남, 한 장의 지도를 펼쳐들고 도시 골목골목을 헤매는 풍경, 가이드북 대신에 길거리에서 만난 현지인들에게 맛집을 묻고 휴대폰과 인터넷, 전자기기 하나 없이 새로운 곳을 걸어다니는 그것만으로도 나의 마음이 밝게 충만되는 그 느낌이 나를 다시 길 위에 서 있게 만든다.
