where i stayed for 2 years from 2010 to 2012

I recently visited to meet some of my neighbors and had another experience in the field.

with these small boys from primary school, We went to the field to explore a Basotho life.

Boys still go to the filed every day

To feed their cattle 

it's their one role to care for and maintain their family's cattle.

They spend their days in the field sometimes even at nights

They make their own sound to guide their cattle

me with one of the herd boys who i wish to finish his studies

For the young, becoming a herd boy is a cultural obligation in Lesotho society, 

a practice which leaves many children deprived of an education.
